A Metropolitan Police community support officer has been jailed for three years for sexually abusing a young girl.
Jeffrey Opoku-Bempah, 46, was found guilty of assaulting his victim at a flat in Cricklewood, north-west London.
He was convicted of three counts of sexual assault of a female under the age of 13 at Wood Green Crown Court on Monday and sentenced the same day.
Opoku-Bempah, from Peterborough, was a PCSO at Heathrow Airport. He will face a gross misconduct board.
He was arrested in May 2010 and suspended the same month. He denied the charges.
