A PCSO accused of committing a sex act in public will stand trial.
Phil Linton, aged 45, of Belmont Park, Lewisham, appeared at Croydon Crown Court on Monday (April 28).
It is alleged the PCSO was seen in a black BMW in Green Lane, Penge, on December 1 last year, committing the act on himself.
He was allegedly seen by a couple across the road.
Linton is charged with indecent exposure, which he has denied.
A trial has been fixed for the week beginning October 6.
Linton is a serving PCSO, based in Brixton.
